Frost & Sullivan has more than 50 years of experience in partnering with Global 1000 companies, emerging businesses and the investment community from more than 40 offices on six continents.

That insight and influence will take center stage at the company’s inaugural GIL GLOBAL 2015: Miami, Dec. 1 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

The global community of Growth, Innovation and Leadership conference will bring business leaders from across the region to share ideas and strategies about successful business choices, as well as the challenges surrounding the region and the visionary innovation needed to address those challenges.

Convening in Miami, the conference will focus heavily on Latin America. Propelled by growth in the middle class, urbanization, increased infrastructure spending and improved connectivity, Latin America is expected to become a key market globally with a gross domestic product of $15.4 trillion by 2025.

In addition to regional leaders, Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Award recipients and their management teams will attend. The global network of today’s best thinkers, visionaries and thought leaders represents Frost & Sullivan’s 2015 “Best-in-Class” organizations and will receive prestigious Growth Excellence Awards recognition.

The Agenda

Among the agenda highlights, keynote speaker Richard Sear, partner and senior vice president of Frost & Sullivan’s Visionary Innovation, will explore the Future of the United States: What it will Mean to Companies in Latin America. Key takeaways include how expanding data frontiers will force companies to find evermore-creative ways of keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology; the reality of the new “human-centric” workplace and how it will become key to employees’ future health, wellness and happiness; and the intersection of the collaboration and competition economies, and how companies will take advantage of more opportunities to share assets and form partnerships, while simultaneously trying to compete in a crowded field and amid rapidly evolving customer dynamics.

Manny Medina, founder and managing partner, Medina Capital and founder, eMerge Americas and Xavier Gonzalez, COO & executive director, eMerge Americas will also speak at the conference.

In addition, industry think-tank sessions will enable participants to examine a unique “360-degree perspective” of their industry, along with global trends and critical factors influencing market growth. The sessions will include interactive exchanges with Frost & Sullivan’s analyst community and leading industry experts. Participating companies can benchmark and strengthen their growth initiatives against proven best-practice tools and strategies.

Other topics range from the Role of Women in Today’s Digital Transformation to How Can Latin America Become A Global Growth & Innovation Engine?
